Abacus enhances TicketingExpress solution

Abacus TicketingExpress saves travel agents up to 70% in fulfilment operational costs by simplifying ticketing processes, minimising processing time and inaccuracies due to manual entry. 

Abacus TicketingExpress automates pricing through Auto Pricing which is a part of the fulfilment process that supports both net and published fares and is fully integrated with Abacus PowerSuite or any independent mid- and back-office system. This streamlines a travel agent’s entire workflow by saving time on ticket issuance while improving customer service through an email notification to the customer on his/her personalised travel itinerary via Abacus VirtuallyThere.

The solution is hosted and entirely managed by Abacus and is easily administered through the Internet browser eliminating the need for specific hardware and software.
