Accor has added the All Seasons Albury Lake Hume Resort to its growing franchise network. The newly rebranded All Seasons is a 54-room hotel with a range of accommodation styles including heritage cottages, self-contained apartments and standard hotel rooms. Located on the shores of picturesque Lake Hume and set on 21 hectares of beautiful grounds, the resort features comprehensive leisure facilities including a swimming pool, tennis court, mini-golf, games room, sauna, volleyball court and children’s playground, as well as extensive conference facilities for up to 300 delegates.
To celebrate the rebranding, the resort is offering a special package including two nights accommodation, breakfast and a fabulous gift hamper including two bottles of wine from nearby Rutherglen and a selection of gourmet produce from the region - all for just $149 per room per night (total $298 for two nights). This offer is valid until 30 June 2010, subject to availability.
The resort’s popular Watermark Restaurant boasts some of the most stunning views in the region and showcases great local produce and wines from surrounding vineyards, making the resort a popular wedding venue.
“We are very excited to add the Lake Hume Resort to the All Seasons network,” said Dino Mezzatesta, Accor’s General Manager Franchise Hotels. “Albury is the second largest inland city in NSW and is a strategic location for both business and leisure travelers.
“With Accor’s global distribution channels we look forward to marketing Albury to an international audience and will be looking to build on the hotel’s existing conferencing business.”
Jon Ward, General Manager of the property said he was pleased to have signed on with Accor.
“A franchise agreement with Accor seemed the perfect fit for our property. It enables us to maintain our individuality and still benefit from Accor’s knowledge and experience in hotel management as well as their extensive distribution and marketing well beyond our region,’ he said.
Located on the famous Murray River at the base of the Great Dividing Range, Albury is a beautiful tree-lined city with a rich heritage, great golf courses, excellent wineries nearby, paddle steamers that will take you back in time and much more.
The All Seasons network consists of 80 hotels globally including 25 in Australia. All Seasons hotels are affordable hotels with a unique personality and warm, friendly service. They are located in major resort and business destinations around the world including in Paris, London, Bangkok and Auckland.
All Seasons is part of Accor, a world-wide leader in hotels and services with a global network of 4100 hotels, covering all market segments from luxury to economy.
