Air China to launch first flights to Poland

Air China will continue to expand its presence in Eastern Europe next month with the launch of its first ever direct flights to Poland.
Commencing on 21 September 2016, the carrier will operate four weekly flights direct between Beijing and Warsaw.
The outbound services will depart Beijing’s Capital International Airport every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday at 0230 and arrive at the Polish capital’s Chopin Airport at 0610. The return flights then leave Warsaw at 1410 on the same days and get back to Beijing at 0430 the next morning.
Air China will deploy its 301-seat Airbus A330 aircraft on the route, configured with 30 seats in business class, 16 in premium economy and 255 in economy.
On the remaining three days of the week, Air China’s Star Alliance partner, LOT Polish Airlines, operates the Beijing-Warsaw route using its Boeing 787 aircraft.
The Poland launch comes just a year after Air China started flying to two other Eastern European countries, Hungary and Belarus.
