Air France flies A380 to San Francisco

Air France will launch the first ever Airbus A380 flights to San Francisco next year.
Commencing on 30 March 2014, the national carrier will deploy the double-decker jet on its Paris-San Francisco route.
Flights will depart the French capital’s Charles de Gaulle Airport daily at 1040, arriving in San Francisco at 1300 the same day. The return service will leave the Californian city at 1550, arriving back in Paris at 1125 the following day.
The Air France A380 comes equipped with 516 seats in four cabin classes – nine in first class, 80 in business class, 38 in premium economy and 389 in economy. The aircraft also features six bars.
During its summer 2014 schedule, Air France will serve 11 destinations in the US – Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, Minneapolis, New York, San Francisco and Washington DC.
