The airline will offer this service to Elite Plus, First, Business Class and Premium Economy class passengers in Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. The service will offer priority check-in areas, baggage drop-off, transfer desks, security (where available), priority boarding and baggage handling.

Commenting on introducing these services in India, Yeshwant Pawar, GM for South Asia at Air France-KLM said, “This service will help align all members to a common and consistent service standard for priority airport services across the alliance and also strengthen the group’s decision in the market by giving it a first mover advantage of offerings.”
