Air France will launch a new daily service to Jakarta next year.

Effective 30 March 2014, the national carrier will add a Jakarta leg to its existing Paris-Singapore service. Flights will leave Paris Charles de Gaulle airport at 1955, arriving in Singapore Changi airport at 1450 the following day. The service will then leave Singapore at 1630, arrives at Jakarta’s Soekharno-Hatta airport at 1720.

The return flight will then leave the Indonesian capital at 2010, arriving in Singapore at 2300. It will then depart Singapore at 0040, getting back into Paris at 0750 the next day.

All flights will be operated using a Boeing 777-300 equipped with 303 seats – eight in first class, 67 in business class, 28 in premium economy and 200 in economy.

This new route will complement KLM’s existing daily Amsterdam-Jakarta service.

For the summer 2013 season, Air France-KLM will operate flights to 23 Asian destinations: Beijing, Chengdu, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Shanghai, Wuhan, Xiamen, Taipei, Hong Kong, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Bali, Jakarta, Fukuoka, Osaka, Tokyo, Seoul, Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Singapore, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City.
