Arabian Courtyard Hotel & Spa in Dubai has completed five successful years of operation amidst commitment by the owners to invest an amount of AED4 million this year in product improvement and enhancement to retain its leading position in the Dubai market. It is five years ago that this award winning hotel opened its doors to businessmen and tourists looking for a place to stay which offers them a feel of old Arabia and increases their knowledge about the heritage and culture of the region. In this span of time, the hotel has become a favorite due to its superior location and exceptional customer services at affordable prices.Habib Khan, General Manager of the hotel and CEO Hospitality Division of Planet Group, said: “”Our commitment to customer care, employee development, community involvement and investment in products has been the key of our success over the years. We plan to continue with our investment with an additional AED4 million to be invested this year in installing LCD screen TVs in all our guest rooms, an IPTV system and in opening an additional restaurant for our clients.”Amongst the many awards won by the hotel including Best New Four Star Hotel, Best Leisure Hotel, Best Fine Dining Restaurant for its Mumtaz Mahal Indian Speciality Restaurant, Expedia Insiders Select, the feather in its cap is the recently announced Silver Prize for National Day Tourism awards by Ministry of Culture, Youth & Community Development. With 173 rooms, variety of dining and entertainment options, business services, health and recreation facilities including a Zaitoon Wellness Spa, this hotel intends to keep giving its customers a run for their money in the years to come.Habib concluded the property maintained its strong growth in the market due to the steady number of repeat guests last year and favourable occupancy rates even though the market remained sluggish. This year once again seems promising and the property anticipates a steady increase in business in terms of revenues compared to last year due to a good business strategy which motivated its staff to recognize the benefits of developing and maintaining good presence in the market.
