Attraction World has secured a deal to sell its products on Thomas Cook’s flights in mainland Spain, Portugal and Turkey.
The technology has taken six months to create with Thomas Cook Airlines’ retail partner Alpha Flight Group, which could be spread to its other airline partners.
“This is an important step for us and has taken many months of planning. Early signs are it is working well and there is great potential for us to roll it out in more destinations served by Thomas Cook Airlines,” said Russell Parr, operations and IT director at Attraction World.
Nick Hughes, national sales manager at Attraction World said the tie-up was a way of “mopping up missed opportunities” and reminded travel agents they have first access to sell tickets to customers. Currently only 9% of tickets to Tenerife’s Siam Park are pre-booked.
