Australia to review tsunami warnings

Tsunami warnings in Australia will be reviewed after thousands of people ignored alerts following last weekend’s earthquake in Chile. According to a BBC report, lifeguards struggled to clear beaches in Queensland and New South Wales as people flocked to the coast to watch the tsunami arrive. Attorney-General, Robert McClelland, was reported saying that said police and emergency services may be used in future.
