British Airways and union leaders are to hold fresh talks today, as flight attendants begin a third day or strike action, the BBC has reported. As well as the previous negotiations on pay and conditions, the cabin crew union is now demanding that BA reinstates the travel perks of striking workers, which were taken away following previous walk-outs. The flight attendants are now taking part in the second of three planned five-day strikes, with a third planned to start on 5 June. BA has said it plans to operate 70% of long-haul services during the action.
