Best Western Australasia will be hosting its annual Member Convention in Cairns from 14-17 August 2011. The event intends to highlight the benefits of being a Best Western member hotel to Australian accommodation owners. It will include will include workshops and training sessions on revenue management, rate parity, customer service and marketing as well as the opportunity to meet suppliers and network with other accommodation owners.
“Best Western is a world-recognised brand name. Guests recognise that the Best Western brand is a promise of warm and friendly service combined with international quality standards at an affordable price,” said Best Western’s Brand Development Manager, Paul Swaine.
The company currently operates a portfolio of more than 200 Best Western hotels across Australia, New Zealand and Fiji, ranging from three to five stars.
