China Airlines to fly daily to Auckland
China Airlines (CAL) will extend its Taipei-Sydney service to Auckland later this year.
From 28 October, Taiwan’s CAL will add four weekly flights to Auckland to its Taipei-Sydney route. Combined with the existing three weekly Taipei-Brisbane-Auckland flights, CAL will offer daily flights to New Zealand’s largest city.
The Taipei-Sydney-Auckland flights will depart from Taipei every Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, using a two-class Airbus A330-300 aircraft with 30 seats in business class and 277 in economy.
Taiwanese citizens can travel to New Zealand without a visa.
