Dubai-based C&K Global Marketing has announced that it will terminate its sales, marketing and PR activities for all travel clients from 1 August.
The company, which is headed up by industry stalwart, Christine Jabourian, will now be taking a new direction.
“Having worked with the regional trade partners and media for more than a decade, it has been my pleasure and privilege to introduce new names and expand the profile of overseas luxury brands and products in particular,” she said.
“As the focus of our business has moved to different arenas involving more direct participation in development opportunities, I feel it is now an appropriate time to move on to capitalise on these new challenges in the hospitality sector.
“Consequently, resources will be channelled in to business development and, as a non-core division, the sales, marketing and PR arm of C&K Global Marketing is in the process of being wound up.”
Jabourian was particularly well known for her efforts promoting the luxury resort and spa brand Six Senses in the Middle East.
