Korean low-cost carrier, Eastar Jet, has taken delivery of a Boeing 737-700, the Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation has reported. The plane was leased by AWAS, and will operate on domestic routes linking Jeju, Cheongju and Gunsan with Seoul Gimpo International Airport. The delivery marks the second AWAS-leased jet taken by Eastar, following the delivery of another Boeing 737 in June 2009.
