Emirates prepares for Madrid launch

Emirates will launch non-stop services to Madrid in less than six weeks.From 1 August, EK141 will depart Dubai at 07:50 and arrive in Madrid at 13:45 and EK 142 will leave Madrid at 15:25 and arrive in Dubai at 00:30 the following day. Emirates staged a press conference and gala dinner in the Spanish capital last week to shout about its new route, which will be served by an Airbus A330-200.And to mark the occasion, the airline has partnered with Atlantis, The Palm’s award-winning restaurant Ossiano, established by renowned three-star Michelin chef, Santi Santamaria, to create a three-course menu for passengers travelling in First and Business.
