Emirates unveils new travel shop

DUBAI, U.A.E., 21st January 2010 : Emirates airline today welcomed the first customers to its expanded and newly refurbished Um Al Quwain office.
Conveniently located in the city’s commercial district on King Faisal Road, Emirates’ new-look, ultra-spacious premises in Um Al Quwain has been designed to provide its customers with the world-class service that the airline is renowned for, from the moment they plan and book their travel.
The Emirates Travel Shop brings together the airline’s key travel services under one roof, and is equipped to cater to the needs of its corporate and leisure clients, as well as its frequent-flyer members.
Multilingual Emirates sales and reservation staff service customers in the newly refurbished Um Al Quwain office.
In addition to ticketing and reservation counters for general airline enquiries, the office also features dedicated counters for premium passengers, Skywards members, and Emirates Holidays’ customers and travel partners.
Customers can also relax in the comfortable lounge area while browsing information on Emirates’ latest services, products and destinations.
