Asia-based luxury hotel and resort management company GHM (General Hotel Management) has extended its global marketing network to India, Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
The opening of new sales offices underlines the key importance attached to the two rapidly developing markets.
Rapid economic development in India and Russia is empowering a burgeoning middle class and creating a fresh market of outbound travellers who are hungry to holiday abroad.
The addition of India, Russia and the CIS to GHM’s sales and marketing network follows the opening of a Shanghai-based regional office in China last year.
Clement Koh, Vice President of Sales & Marketing at GHM said; “GHM recognises the importance of these markets and their potential in terms of ever-increasing numbers of travellers seeking luxury holiday experiences.”
GHM will be represented in India by marketing consultants, Sartha, headquartered in New Delhi, with branch offices in Mumbai and Chennai.
