Kanoo Travel has revealed its participation at the forthcoming Business Travel Show Middle East where it will promote several initiatives including its new 24-hour Emergency Travel Service (ETS) desk.
The company, along with its international partner American Express Travel Services, plans to showcase its enhanced corporate travel solutions at the event, which takes place from 25-26 October.
Kanoo Travel plans to use the event as a platform to demonstrate the features and benefits of its newly deployed technologies and show how customers will be able to save time and money by using the state-of-the-art self booking tools and online travel management solutions.
“We are happy to participate in BTS once again this year. It gives us an opportunity to meet our trade partners, customers and airline partners at a single venue,” said Kanoo Travel Executive General Manager Abdulla Abu Khamseen.
“At the Business Travel Show this year, we want to highlight our strengthened relationship with American Express in the MENA region and demonstrate our unique service proposition to the corporate travel buyers of this region. We also plan to showcase our newly deployed technology and go green initiatives at the event.”
At the event, Kanoo Travel also plans to help its customers go green by offering paperless procurement tools and carbon emission calculators to name a few. Through its participation at BTS 2010, Kanoo Travel will also enhance its services by offering a 24-hours Emergency Travel Service (ETS) desk, “because such a service is popular with corporate travellers,” explains Mr. Abu Khamseen.
“We are committed to offering an end-to-end travel management solution, by making the right investments now. We are also investing in training our staff to offer world class services to our customers region-wide,” he added.
The Business Travel Show is the only dedicated event for buyers and bookers of corporate travel in the Middle East and will take place at the Madinat Arena in Dubai.
