Kuwait’s Al-Mal Investment Co has bid for a tender to develop Clark International Airport in the Philippines, according to a report in the Business Times. The bid is thought to be worth in the region of US$1.2 billion. Clark is undergoing a huge development project that plans to add three new terminals and increase annual capacity to a staggering 80 million.
