Lufthansa has announced it will add seats between London and Frankfurt next summer when it deploys a larger aircraft on the route.
Capacity will increase 7% from 30 March when a larger Airbus A320 and A321 are placed on the Heathrow service, adding 100 seats a week.
“I am delighted that we are able to make this added commitment to our passengers across the South East of England. We are also further improving the convenience of our flights with some subtle timetable adjustments,” said Christian Schindler, general manager UK & Ireland at Lufthansa.
“This will make it easier for Lufthansa customers to plan their journeys by creating a better spread of our 12 daily services between Heathrow and Frankfurt in both directions across the day,” he added.
