Pacific routes boost Continental

Continental Airlines has reported its results for May, with consolidated passenger traffic, measured in revenue passenger miles (RPM), climbing 3.7%. Capacity, measured in available seat miles (ASM) rose 0.2%, leading to a 2.9 percentage point rise in consolidated load factor, which averaged 83.8%. The result has boosted by a 21.0% rise in the airline’s Pacific RPM, with load factor climbing 13.8% to 84.1%.
