The Peninsula Tokyo, on 1 September. The Peninsula is the only freestanding luxury hotel to be built in Tokyo in more than a decade. The 24-storey hotel is opposite the Imperial Palace and located in the prestigious financial district of Marunouchi.
The Peninsula Tokyo has 314 guestrooms, including 47 suites, five restaurants, a modern lounge bar, two ballrooms, six function rooms, a wedding chapel, among others. In true Peninsula tradition, it also has a fleet of Rolls-Royces and BMWs to pamper its guests.
