Qatar buys Four Seasons Cairo

Qatar has bought the Four Seasons Hotel in Cairo for US $250 million as part of the Gulf state’s strategy to boost its investments in Egypt, the Peninsula has reported. Located on the banks of River Nile in Al Gizah area of the Egyptian capital, the Four Seasons hotel features 269 rooms. Qatar recently bought iconic London department store Harrods.
