A US restaurant has banned children under the age of six for being too noisy. The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette reported that McDain’s restaurant recently sent an email to regular customers to inform them of the policy change.
“We feel McDain’s is not a place for young children. Their volume can’t be controlled and many, many times they have disturbed other customers,” the statement read.
“[There’s] nothing wrong with babies,” the restaurant’s owner, Mike Vuick said. “But the fact is you can’t control their volume.”
