The Segera Retreat based in the Laikipia Plateau of Kenya is keen to attract GCC families.
The property offers family-friendly safari experience with a range of activities, each tailor-made, including day and night game drives, picnics and sundowners, guided walks, children and family activities, wellness centre including a gym and spa and sleep outs among the many others.
The retreat offers special holistic, educational and fun experiences for children, including playful ways to create awareness on energy and water conservation and its important, as well as gaining insights into local cultures through creative arts and crafts.
The event catering to children range from ‘Behind the Scenes Tours’, interacting with wildlife, planting seeds in the herb garden and learning more about Kenya’s rich cultural heritage. They can also create artwork, learn beading techniques and make their own traditional bow and arrow.
