SIA to renovate Changi T2 lounge

Singapore Airlines’ (SIA) SilverKris Lounge Changi Airport’s Terminal 2 will be renovated from May to September 2011. The lounge will be fitted with a new First and Business Class areas, featuring 126 and 246 seats respectively, as well as dining areas, food service counters, bars, television areas, showers and washrooms and nursing rooms. The walls and flooring will be also be upgraded.
The entire lounge will be Wi-Fi-enabled, while internet workstations will also be available, along with a range of newspapers and magazines.
The refurbished Terminal 2 SilverKris Lounge is available for SIA’s Suites, First and Business Class customers as well as PPS Club members. A KrisFlyer Gold lounge will also be added to cater for KrisFlyer Elite Gold members and Star Alliance Gold members travelling on Economy Class.
The SilverKris Lounge will remain operational throughout the renovation period.
