Luxury holiday firm Sovereign will launch its first television campaign today.
Advertisements will be shown in London and the Home Counties and focus on providing the perfect break without ‘fear of unexpected elements’ that could disrupt a break.
Actress Hermione Norris provides the voiceover, saying: “Sovereign has been finding luxury holidays for over 40 years, so we know it only takes one thing to ruin them. We visit every destination to make sure it’s perfect for you”.
“When our customers go on holiday, they want to escape to a paradise away from daily life. So, we make it our business to prevent those everyday annoyances, such as traffic noise and building works, from following them there and ruining it all. We don’t just say we do ‘luxury travel’, but that we can find each and every one of our customers their own ultimate abode,” said Lisa Edwards-Webb, head of customer engagement.
Its campaign comes after the operator, which is owned by the TUI Group, shifted its focus to become more customer-centric.
“We’re proud that all of our travel experts have first-hand knowledge of more than 250 hard-filtered hotels we offer, because they have been there themselves. This knowledge enables them to give pro-active, genuine advice to our customers, making sure their holiday not only goes smoothly, but has that something extra special,” said Edwards-Webb.
