SpiceRoads, the bicycle tour operator, has unveiled a challenging new itinerary that takes guests from Thailand to Singapore.
The new ‘Thailand to Singapore by Road Bike’ tour covers 1,339km in 15 days, including 13 days of cycling ranging from 85km to 117km per day.
The tour starts in Krabi and travels down the Malay Peninsula, visiting Penang, Ipoh, Port Dickson and Melaka, before arriving in Singapore.
“This tour is a great ride – there are good roads to ride on, challenging hills to get your heart beating, fascinating history to explore en route and delicious food to indulge in. It’s perfect for the adventurous road rider,” said Struan Robertson, CEO of SpiceRoads.
There are three departures in 2016, on 24 July, 16 October and 20 November. And the tour can be extended, with the option of adding a 10-day ride from Bangkok to Phuket at the start.
