THAI Airways International has introduced a special in-flight meal service for Royal First Class passengers.
Passengers flying in this cabin, which includes those travelling between Dubai and Bangkok, can now view images and pre-order in-flight meals from a possible 22 options, through THAI’s website (www.thaiairways.com).
All passengers need to do is input the six-digit confirmation code and surname and follow the instructions to view the special menu photos and details. First guests can also re-order their meal selection when making flight reservations.
Teerapol Chotichanapibal, THAI’s Vice President for Commercial Development & Support Department, said THAI was continually improving services for maximum customer satisfaction. The new service is an alternative to the regular menu, and is designed to conveniently facilitate customer lifestyle, creating ease through internet access.
