Thailand authorities have officially confirmed the following specially-designed entry schemes starting from February 1, 2022.

TEST & GO scheme welcomes fully vaccinated visitors travelling from any country around the world to enter Thailand. Travellers are required to spend their first and fifth night at a SHA Extra Plus (SHA++) accommodation while waiting for their COVID-19 test result (booked and prepaid 2 RT-PCR tests are required). After receiving a negative COVID-19 test, travellers are then free to travel anywhere in Thailand.

The Blue Zone Sandbox continues to be available and is now expanded to Chonburi and Trat. Guests must travel to one of the Sandbox Destinations (collectively called the Blue Zone) and spend 7 days there before leaving to other parts of Thailand.

Happy Quarantine welcomes everyone around the world who is unvaccinated/partially vaccinated and do not fit into the Test & Go and Living in the Blue Zone to undergo the quarantine measures set by the Thai Ministry of Public Health.

Thailand also launched a new tourism portal to make visiting the Land of Smiles easier.
