More than 25 people were hospitalised over the weekend after two tourist bus accidents in Taiwan. In once incident, a bus transporting 24 Taiwanese overturned in Hualien county, eastern Taiwan, injuring 22 passengers. Following this, a coach load of Chinese tourists was involved in an accident on a mountainous stretch of road in Pingtung County in the far south of the island. Four of the tourists, all from Shanghai, were injured in the crash.
