Utell enhances commission processing solution

Utell Hotels & Resorts has enhanced its TravelCom online commission processing service. The solution now alerts hotel customers via email about outstanding commission payments owed to travel agents.
TravelCom allows Utell’s more than 6,000 hotels to process travel agency commissions in the agents’ local currencies on a weekly basis. Available 24-7, TravelCom’s new outstanding payment email alerts are also intended to encourage repeat agent business.

The new commission email alerts add to TravelCom’s value for the busy hotelier by ensuring overdue commissions are highlighted to allow immediate processing.”
TravelCom works alongside Utell’s Paytell service, which allows agents to deduct commission owed automatically in their own currency from a client’s pre-payment upon booking.
