Vietnam Airlines to launch London flights

Vietnam Airlines is planning to launch flights to London later this year. In an interview at the recent Routes Asia event in South Korea, the airline’s Manager for General Planning, Vu Huy Linh outlined the proposed European growth. It has subsequently been confirmed that the flights will be operated four times a week from both Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City using a Boeing 777-200ER. The flight frequency is expected to rise to daily by 2014.
