Vietnam arrivals climb 16% in November

International visitor arrivals to Vietnam increased 16.1% year-on-year to 428,295 in November 2010, the Vietnam National Administration for Tourism (VNAT) has reported. Arrivals from South Korea (+16.8%), Japan (+14.3%) and the US all showed double-digit gains, however visitors from Vietnam’s largest source market, China, slumped 36.1% to 61,282. In the first 11 months of the year, Vietnam achieved just over 4.6 million visitors; a year-on-year rise of 36.5%.
