Yemen to roll out rail project

Yemen will launch a US$3.5 billion rail project in July this year, connecting the country’s main port city of Aden with Oman. According to a Gulf News report, the 2,500km coastal line will be up for tender after a feasibility study is conducted. The project will be the country’s first railway.
