ACE has launched a new tier of accreditation to recognise top selling cruise travel agents. The programme, named ‘ACE Master’, will require agents to attain 2,000 training points, with at least 150 gathered through offline training. ACE’s current ambassador scheme requires agents to reach 600 points. “We have 700 agents who have become ACE Ambassadors which is a great reflection on their work and dedication in selling cruise holidays,” said Flo Powell, director of ACE. “However, with more cruises being sold every year, along with greater choice of destination and the huge variety of ships and facilities, we felt it time to introduce another tier to inspire both existing and new agents to further their cruise knowledge.”
