These factors are being fast adopted by many Saudi companies, one of which is the Elaf Group. The company recently conducted a ‘Staff Open Day’ wherein Sheikh Saleh Bin Mahfouz, chairman of SEDCO, the parent company of Elaf, thanked the board members, management and all Elaf staff members.

It is worth mentioning that entities from different sectors in major cities such as Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam have already started implementing these initiatives and practices to ensure optimum staff satisfaction which indirectly translates to better service to customers.
