FCm Travel Solutions has rolled out a new solution aimed at reducing the risks associated with corporate travel.
TRM3 is a new assessment tool created by iJET International, which calls it a “health check” for travel risk management programmes.
“The tool focuses on 10 key process areas, where clients rate themselves and are then provided with an assessment benchmark report,” explained iJET spokesperson, Theresa Thomas. “iJET and FCm review the client’s unique report with them in order to drive improvements across all their programmes.”
“As a global and regional business hub, duty of care is a key priority for companies in Singapore where large amounts of business is conducted outside of the company HQ,” said FCm Asia’s managing director, Suyin Lee.
“We chose to adopt TRM3 a “ready to use” business case that identifies the need areas in companies travel risk management programmes. We then enhance this offering with our leading FCm Secure solution. Together TRM3 and FCm Secure enable us to work with our customers to assess their travel risk management programme using the outcomes identified to guide them through a comprehensive and strategic overview.
“FCm’s commitment to integrating this tool into new customer implementations and existing client review processes cements our company’s larger value proposition of providing a consultative approach in customising tailored corporate travel programme,” she added.
FCm initially plans to roll out TRM3 to their multinational customer base, followed by national customers. The launch comes a year after the company rolled out its industry-first travel risk management programme, FCm Secure, in conjunction with iJET International.
