Hilton Garden Inn has opened Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina, the second of three mid-scale properties to open in the UAE emirate.
The brand launched Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Muraqabat in October and will open Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Mall of the Emirates later this year. The three new hotels represent additions to the brand’s growing portfolio of more than 650 hotels worldwide.
Rudi Jagersbacher, president, Middle East & Africa, Hilton Worldwide, said with Dubai’s Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM) predicting a growth rate of 7% to 9% in visitor numbers to the city annually, “we see huge scope to grow our portfolio of hotels”.
“During the last 12 months, we have focused on driving forward our mid-market offering in response to the evolving demands of travellers within the Middle East,” added Adrian Kurre, global head, Hilton Garden Inn.
The 181-guestroom Hilton Garden Inn Dubai Al Mina, owned by Wasl Hospitality, is located between the districts of Bur Dubai and Jumeirah.
