Beijing to coordinate green policies with London

Beijing and London will work more closely together over the coming years in an effort to improve air quality in both cities. The China Daily reported that representatives from the two capitals signed an agreement during the Beijing International Low-Carbon Technology Forum in the Chinese capital on Monday. The agreement will see the Beijing Municipal Science & Technology Commission work with the London Development Agency in the development and adoption of low-carbon technology, renewable energy, sustainable transportation, grid modernisation, improved air and low-carbon urban planning.
