Accor partners TripAdvisor to offer online reviews
Travellers searching for hotels on Accor’s website will now be informed directly of other travellers’ opinions of each property, as posted on TripAdvisor. The new service, which is available for every Accor property via www.accorhotels.com, also sends e-mail to travellers one week after their stay encouraging them to provide feedback. Guests’ opinions and comments appear on the traveller rating form for each hotel, which is posted on both accorhotels.com and TripAdvisor. “Through this partnership, accorhotels.com is demonstrating its commitment to quality by transparently providing hotel ratings posted by customers via TripAdvisor,” said Romain Roulleau, Accor’s Deputy Director of Direct Sales in charge of e-commerce.
