ADIA prepares for Hajj season

In a bid to offer smooth passenger experience, Abu Dhabi Airports is putting in place a range of initiatives to cater for the upcoming Hajj season.
Abu Dhabi Airports, and Abu Dhabi Health Services (SEHA) will be providing extra manpower to oversee processing of pilgrims. The airport is also working closely with all stakeholders such as airport police, immigration, and customs, to deliver a hassle-free experience to all passengers.
There will also be a fully equipped dedicated Hajj clinic at the airport, in case emergency diagnosis or treatment needs to be provided.
Eng. Ahmed Al Haddabi, chief operations officer at Abu Dhabi Airports said: “Hajj is a highly significant and demanding occasion so it’s very important for measures to be in place to help travelers minimize stress during their trips.”
Four daily scheduled flights are operating between Abu Dhabi and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, and seven extra flights have been added especially for Hajj.
