Advito provides travel management consulting services and one of its key focuses is to deliver data that will drive quantifiable decision-making and enable clients to maximise their relationship with their travel management companies.
“The feedback we have received to date has been very positive. Clients participating in the survey feel that they received valuable and actionable recommendations from the process,” said Mary Ellen George, general manager of Advito. “With the addition of multiple languages, we anticipate that the survey will further serve our global and regional client base.”
The way the tool work is by integrating travel agency supplier and client data from over 400 global organizations with additional qualitative and quantitative information gathered via an online survey.
It then analyzes each participant’s travel program in six key categories and thirty six sub-categories as compared to industry best practices and the programs of other companies similar in size, region and/or industry.
The results are then presented in an in-depth eValuation Report that provides actionable recommendations for improvement.
The development is a response to clients’ feedback on preferring to complete the online benchmark survey in their native language.
The tool will also fill the demand for timely and concrete travel management data that is used to assist global organizations to take their travel management programs to a higher level, show value to senior executives and benchmark policies, procedures and rates against industry best practices.
“This is also as an opportunity for us to build stronger relationships with our clients in local markets,” noted Maria Chevalier, Advito’s vice president of global business intelligence. “Additionally, we recognized the value to continuously gather global data and improve the size and scope of the eValuation Service database. This, in turn, will provide our clients with a more powerful benchmarking tool.”
