Aer Lingus losses mount

Ireland’s Aer Lingus has reported widening losses for the first half of the year. The BBC reported that the carrier lost EUR73.9 million (US$105.3 million) in the six months to the end of June, more than three times the EUR21.6 million it lost a year earlier.
