The Chief Executive Officers of two airlines have resigned. The Times of India reported that low-cost carrier GoAir’s CEO, Edgardi Badiali, left his post. The move came just a month after GoAir’s previous CEO GP Gupta quit the airline to join rival carrier SpiceJet. Meanwhile Dermot Mannion has resigned as CEO of Irish national carrier, Aer Lingus. The BBC reported Mannion as saying that his resignation would allow a new face to “bring fresh thinking and new ideas to the business”.
