Banyan Tree will showcase its latest portfolio of new luxury residences to investors in Hong Kong on 26-27 March. Banyan Tree Residences at four city and resort properties across Asia, along with a selection of properties at Laguna Phuket, are being exhibited at the Landmark Mandarin Oriental.
On show are Banyan Tree Residence villas, townhouses and apartments in Phuket and Bangkok, as well as the Indonesian island of Bintan and the historic town of Lijang in southwest China’s Sichuan province.
“Hong Kong has topped the latest quarterly global house price index as the country where home values raised the most, 15% over the last 12 months in the luxury residential market, hence many Hong Kong or China Investors are looking for alternatives to invest overseas instead,” said Amous Lee, Director of International Investment at Knight Frank. “As such, resort properties are now once again back in strong demand as investors are able to earn long term rental income with capital growth opportunities and a perfect place for leisure and relax.”
The sales exhibition is taking place on Saturday and Sunday 26 and 27 March from 11am to 7pm at Tian & Di Room, 7/F, at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong. Executives from the Banyan Tree Group will be on hand to meet potential investors.
