Changi Airports International (CAI) is buying a stake in Rome’s largest airport operator for SG$147 million – its largest investment and first in Europe.It will acquire a 5 % slice of Gemina, the holding company of Aeroporti di Roma (AdR), and secure seats on the boards of both firms.CAI will play a key part in the development and expansion of AdR and help in its airport operations, business development and master planning.
