A New York chef has been offering cheese in his restaurant made by his wife’s breast milk. According to the Daily Telegraph, Daniel Angerer posted the recipe, consisting of four cups of milk, yoghurt, rennet and sea salt, on his blog and welcomed people to try it at his Klee Brasserie in Manhattan. He has been warned by the city’s health department not to give it to customers.
