Crystal Cruises has cancelled its call to Mazatlan following reports of violence in the Mexican port. Crystal Symphony was due to visit the port on 4 April but will now stay overnight at Cabo San Lucas, before heading to Loreto and La Paz. The cruise will still include full days at Puerto Vallarta and San Diego. “The safety and security of our guests and staff is always our top priority,” said Birger Vorland, vice president nautical operations at Crystal. The round trip cruise from Los Angeles will still incorporate a ‘Mind, Body and Spirit’ theme.
