A pilot without a valid flying license has been arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport as he was preparing to fly a passenger plane to Turkey, the BBC has reported. The man was scheduled to fly a Corendon Airlines Boeing 737 with 101 passengers when he was uncovered, the report said. The 41 year-old man reportedly once had a license to fly small planes, but it had expired.
